Shoshana Wall is an experienced corporate affairs executive with 20 years experience, working primarily in the government sector on infrastructure and service delivery reform. In November 2017, Shoshana was appointed to the Board as an equity partner.

Since joining Temple in August 2016, Shoshana has rapidly grown the practice in that time to be the industry-leading search offering for corporate affairs practitioners in the government and infrastructure sectors in Sydney and Canberra. She has placed senior corporate affairs leaders & practitioners in organisations including the Department of Premier and Cabinet, the Greater Sydney Commission, the Department of Planning & Environment, the Department of Education, Transgrid, Ausgrid, Aurecon, Health Infrastructure, Land and Housing Corporation, the EPA and UrbanGrowth NSW. She has also spearheaded Temple’s successful Communicating NSW symposium series which is now a fixture on the community engagement calendar, attracting more than 200 people to hear from the CEOs and leaders of the largest projects ever undertaken in Australia and overseas.

Before joining Temple, Shoshana was the Director, Corporate Relations for Service NSW, an award-winning customer service agency which has transformed the way the NSW Government transacts with citizens, delivering with consistent customer satisfaction scores of 97 per cent.

Shoshana began her career as a journalist including in the Federal Press Gallery. She worked for the NSW Government covering 12 portfolios over eight years including driving strategic communications and issues management for major reforms in the area of local government, justice and fair trading.
She became a leader in the reputable planning and engagement firm, Manidis Roberts, consulting to a range of government and non-government clients covering the telecommunications, energy, transport, health and property sectors.

Shoshana has a Bachelor of Arts (Communications) from Charles Sturt University. She was also a part time tutor and lecturer for undergraduates and post graduates in strategic communications & negotiation, public relations and crisis management at the University of Technology.
