Kate is a Director of Temple Executive Search, Melbourne and a Founding Partner of Nightingale Communications. She has been advising boards, senior executives and corporate affairs and investor relations professionals on critical communications issues for many years.

Kate is a strong advocate of the importance of corporate affairs around the leadership table and as an advisor to CEOs and boards on issues which can impact corporate reputation.  Kate is energised by opportunities to establish corporate affairs functions which nuture talent and build strong and collaborative team environments. Raising the bar on the importance of, and the professionalism of, the industry and helping corporate affairs professionals to build their careers is another passion.

During her career, Kate has advised companies on a wide range of issues in many sectors including retail, financial services, healthcare, infrastructure and media. She also has experience working in house at ANZ in Australia and on secondment at Pearson Plc and Goldman Sachs in London.

Kate started her corporate affairs career overseas, working in London and New York for Brunswick and Tulchan Communications before returning to Australia 10 years ago and founding Nightingale.

Prior to moving into corporate affairs, Kate graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Finance and then joined the graduate program at KPMG.
